Over 2 million New Yorkers who live in rent-regulated housing could face dire consequences if New York’s rent laws aren’t renewed and strengthened. On May 3th, tenants and housing activists from all over New York on Tuesday took the trip to Albany to demand Governor Cuomo strengthens the rent laws.
